Constance Rose Obituary

The world is a little quieter with the passing of Constance Jane Rose, a force of nature whose vibrant personality left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Connie leaves behind a trail of laughter and unforgettable memories for friends, family and ;maybe a few bewildered strangers. Connie passed peacefully on Sunday August 17th 2025 at the Grand Strand Medical Ctr, Murrells Inlet, SC. Born in New York City to Father Paul Rufus Cone and Mother Jane McManus Cone Connie is Survived by husband Julian Liss, Children, Chuck ( Judy) Rose of NJ and Craig ( Michelle) Rose of FL. Sister Christina (Van) Cone of NM. She was preceded in death by parents Paul and Jane Cone, brother Paul Cone. She graduated from Port Chester High School, Class of 1960. Connie attended Burkley Secretarial School. Connie led a very active life being a member of " Craft Ladies of Indigo Creek", Belin Methodist Church Choir and bridge club. Bocce Ball, puzzles, softball and soccer coach. Annually volunteered to "Feed the homeless". A celebration of Connie's incredible life will be held on September 19th 2025 at 11:00 am at the Goldfinch Funeral Home located at 11528 Frontage Rd. Murrells Inlet Sc 29576 843-651-3295 In lieu of flowers Connie has requested that donations be made to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer awareness foundation.
