Christopher Burns Obituary

Mr. Christopher Bryan Burns, 46, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Born on November 16, 1978, in Bay Shore, NY, Christopher was the beloved son of Maureen Burns and the late Richard Burns. He was also preceded in death by his cherished wife, Jennifer Marckesano Burns. Christopher is survived by his loving son, Christopher James Burns; his devoted mother, Maureen Burns; his sister, Jennifer Burns Kenney and her husband Robert; his brothers, Richard Burns and wife Sheila, and Shawn Burns; and his stepfather, James Mastellone. He also leaves behind many adored nieces and nephews, all of whom held a special place in his heart. A devoted father, Christopher treasured every moment spent with his son. Together, they shared a deep faith through Bible study, trained in martial arts, and enjoyed time at the gym. He was also a proud dog dad to two American Bullies who were his loyal companions. A funeral service, officiated by Rev. Oscar Borda, will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel.
