Charles Dorman Obituary

Charles Kenneth Dorman, 71, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was born June 16, 1954 in Horry County, a son of the late Edison Dorman and Jacqueline Collins Dorman. He was predeceased by his parents and one sister, Wendy Cooper. Kenneth was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He drove trucks for a living and in his spare time he enjoyed NASCAR and horses. Mr. Dorman is survived by his wife of twenty-six years, Dora Herring Dorman; two sons, Shawn Dorman (Natalie) and Charles Dorman; one step-daughter, Anita Hinson (Aubrey); brother, Ronnie Dorman (Ann); sister, Cindy Dorman Russell; four grandchildren, Colby Dorman, Emmy Dorman, Audrey Hinson and Kyle Johnson (Candace) along with many other family and friends who will miss him.
