Sadie Louise Hamilton Call, widow of Robert W. Call (USAF, RET), peacefully went home to meet her Lord on November 27, 2021, after a brief illness. A daughter of Maxie and Sadie Hamilton, she was born 7/31/1931 in Grand Bay, AL. She graduated from business college in Mobile, AL, where she met and married her husband of over 65 years, Bob. They started their family in Mobile before a brief tour of duty in Washington, DC, where the family continued to grow. In 1955, they moved to Summerville, SC, where they put down deep family roots and completed their family. Louise enjoyed a stellar 30 year career of civil service on Charleston Air Force Base, where in 1991 she retired as Executive Secretary to the Wing Commander. Retirement afforded her the opportunity to travel extensively, pursue her talents in crafts, and fulfill her passions for missions, family, and friends. Louise faced death as she did life with her signature faith, grace, and dignity. She leaves behind her sister, Maxine Ogletree of Mobile, (nephews Rob Ogletree and Paul Ogletree of Grand Bay, AL), son Rick Call (Debbie) of Summerville, daughters Penelope New (John) of Moncks Corner, Krystal Boyd (the late Ben) of Ladson, and Sandy Wilder (Leland) of Summerville, 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother-in-law, and a son-in-law.

The family expresses heartfelt thanks to the caring professionals at Summerville Medical Center, The Villages, and LowCountry Hospice House for her compassionate care and support of her family during this difficult time.

Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 1 o'clock at Summerville Baptist Church, 417 Central Ave., Summerville, SC 29483. Entombment will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Rd., Summerville, SC 29485.

Flowers will be accepted, or she requested memorial gifts be made to the missions fund of Summerville Baptist Church (https://giving.ncservices.org/app/giving/summervillebaptist) or Water Missions International (www.watermission.org).
