Ronald Turner Obituary

Ronald James Turner January 21, 1973 – September 9, 2025 Ronald James Turner, 52, passed away peacefully at home on September 9, 2025. He was born on January 21, 1973, in Staten Island, New York. Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Turner, and his two sons, Justin and Nicholas Turner, who were the pride and joy of his life. He was a devoted husband and father, always present and deeply involved in his sons' activities, cheering them on in every game and milestone. He endured a long journey of surgeries and health challenges with courage and strength, always remaining a source of love and inspiration to those around him. Ronald had a lifelong passion for fishing and especially treasured the times spent on the water with his boys. He was also an avid sports fan and athlete himself, with a particular devotion to the Michigan Wolverines. Some of his happiest moments were spent watching and playing sports, as well as enjoying movie nights with his family. Ronald's warmth, resilience, and love for his family will be remembered always. One of his favorite prayers, kept on his phone, reads: "Dear heavenly Lord,Back then, before I knew you,How far into the wilderness did I go?How distant was my heart? You saw me go away,And you let me be free.…How great and good is your love for me.Thank you, oh heavenly Lord.Thank you for saving my soul!In Jesus name, Amen."
