Lyndon Encarnacion Obituary

Lyndon Leona Encarnacion, 63, of Ladson, SC, passed away peacefully on Wednesday afternoon July 9, 2025, at MUSC in Charleston, SC, surrounded by his loving family as they held his hands. Affectionally known to everyone as "Lenny," he was born on June 10, 1962, in New Orleans, LA. He was the son of the late Teodoro L. Encarnacion Sr., and Louise Hebert Sanders. Surviving are his brothers Teddy Encarnacion Jr. (Maria) and LeeRay Encarnacion (Melinda). His nephews and nieces, Daniel (Paulo), Logan (Julia), Kailey (Alex) and Avery (Cole). He is the great-uncle to Paque, Meadow, Zander and Hazel. He also has many uncles, aunts and cousins. We welcome Lenny's many friends and neighbors to join us as we remember him and celebrate his life. It deserves mentioning that Lenny especially loved and enjoyed his friends on his CrossFit team at Sacred Pine Fitness in Ladson, SC. Lenny long battled with both heart and kidney disease, so please in lieu of flowers consider making a donation in his memory to the Heart or Kidney foundation of your choice. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 12pm to 1pm at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. The memorial service will begin at 1:00pm in the Chapel. Inurnment will immediately follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens.
