Jacquelyn Muir Obituary

Jacquelyn H. Muir Sunrise: April 14, 1954 – Sunset: August 2, 2025 With heavy hearts and tear-stained eyes, we announce that Jacquelyn H. Muir was granted her wings and called home on Saturday, August 2, 2025. Surrounded by the love of family and friends, she departed this world with grace, dignity, and peace-reunited at last with her beloved sisters and cherished Big Momma on the other side. Jacquelyn lived a life of unwavering dedication, compassion, and service to others. As a social worker, she devoted her career to uplifting those in their most vulnerable moments, offering strength and solace without hesitation. As a friend, she was a patient listener and a source of comfort, always ready to carry the weight of others with an open heart. Her greatest pride and joy came from her family. As a grandmother, she doted lovingly on her two grandchildren, Elliana and Gabriel, who were the light of her life. As a mother, she made countless sacrifices to create a nurturing and stable home for her son, instilling in him the values of love, perseverance, and compassion. Jacquelyn is survived by her devoted son, Justin Muir, of Goose Creek, and her daughter-in-law, Michelle Muir. She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Elliana and Gabriel Muir, as well as a large extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory. Though our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we find comfort in knowing she walks proudly into eternity-at peace, surrounded by love, and forever watching over those she held dear.
