My name is Theresa and I met Grady at Walmart in the Pharmacy. I had the pleasure of talking to him and filling his prescriptions. At first, it was rough, but as a few weeks went by, he started to smile a me and look for me when he came to the store! Then he only wanted me to help him. We had a special bond. He will be truly Missed!!! RIP ...Grady Spell....until we meet again! God Bless your family during this difficult time!
