Robbie Mount Obituary

Robbie June Mount, 81 of Blountsville passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at her residence. She was born June 19, 1944, in Cullman County, the daughter of Houston Barbee and Vernie Stephens Barbee. She was a graduate of J.B. Pennington High School, retired from KD Industries and married to Harley Clellon Mount, who passed away September 12, 2019. She is survived by son: Jackey Mount; daughter: Kelly Mount NeSmith; grandson: Jacob NeSmith (Jordan); great grandson: Jaxtyn NeSmith; sisters: Wilma Tanner, Jeanette Yates and Jane Blocker; brothers: Ronald Barbee, Dewayne Barbee and Edward Barbee; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Harley Mount; parents: Houston and Vernie Barbee, son: Glenn Mount, granddaughter: Kisha Lachelle Nesmith and a brother: Wendell Barbee. Graveside Service was 12:30 p.m. Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Mount Hebron Cemetery, Blountsville Funeral Home directing. Visitation was 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Sunday at Blountsville Funeral Home. Pallbearers: Greg Tanner, Kevin Ratliff, Mike Smith, Toby Smith, Eli Ratliff and Tyler Stevenson. Honorary Pallbearers: Elton Cooper, Lee Ratliff, Ron Barbee, Dewayne Barbee, Ed Barbee, Corey Barbee, Lavon Blocker and Randy Barbee.
