Cecelia Kubarycz Obituary

Cecelia E. Lodge Kubarycz, 98, passed away on September 30, 2025 in North Charleston, South Carolina. Cecelia was predeceased by her late husband, Nicholas Kubarycz, her brother Edward Riley and her mother Delia Kramer. Born on July 30, 1927 in Rochester, New York, Cecelia was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother. Cecelia lived a long and active life, well into her 90's. She enjoyed bowling and working on her crafts: ceramics, sewing, embroidery and scrapbooking. She made sure to welcome a newborn family member with a special gift homemade by her. Cecelia is survived by her children, sons Nicholas (Kathleen) and Gary (Donna) Kubarycz; her daughters Kathleen Stear and Shari (Mark) Williams and Scott (Diane) Lodge. Cecelia leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, her memory will live on in our hearts forever. A memorial service to honor Cecelia's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Richard L. Stear Memorial Dream Award: 1127 Chimney Trail Webster, NY 14580 In care of Kathleen Stear.
