James Harness Obituary
He was born on Sunday, May 14, 1933, in Marshall, to James Riley and Melinda Turney Harness. James is survived by his wife Barbara Harness, of the home, and three daughters, Pamela Parkhill, Paula Adams and Penny Little.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Perry Harness.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 7, at Woodland Heights Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Thursday. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

What a great man! He sold me ( well my parents) :) my first cowboy boots and may pairs of boots and shoes after that! I loved to go in and just talk to Mr. Harness when I would come home for a visit from college. My deepest sympathy to the family. Sending prayers of peace and comfort as go through this difficult time. Love to all. Rhonda
