William Saxon Obituary

Mr. William Arthur (Shank) Saxon, age 57, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Born in Greenville County, he was the beloved son of the late Jessie Pearl Anderson, and reared by Shirley Morgan Anderson and James Anderson Jr. He is survived by his devoted wife, Maureen Perkins Saxon; three daughters, Beverly Perkins, Shankia Perkins, and Dejia Saxon; five brothers, James Saxon and Jerry Saxon; James Anderson, Michael Lee Anderson and Vanshawn Morgan and five sisters, Patricia Ann Saxon, Annie Helen Saxon, Shirley Ann Saxon, Jannie Saxon, and Willie Bell Anderson, and Cora Lee Anderson , DeeDee Morgan. He also leaves to cherish his memory five loving grandchildren. Public viewing and visitation will take place on Thursday , September 18, 2025, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Beasley Funeral Home Chapel in Greenville. Services have been entrusted to Beasley Funeral Home, Greenville Chapel.
