Wendell Brockman Obituary
A native of Greer, son of the late John Belton Brockman, Sr. and Mayme Catherine Bearden Brockman, he was a farmer and a member of Abner Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are three children, Ruth Elaine Brockman of Greenville, Jane Brockman Zollinger (Markus) of Duncan, and Wendell Kent Brockman, Jr. (Rita) of Greer; six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Mr. Brockman was predeceased by a brother, John B. Brockman, Jr., and a sister, Kathleen Brockman Kimbrell.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Abner Creek Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Donald Thomas and Rev. Vernon Thornhill.
Visitation will be held after the service at the gravesite.
The family will be at their respective homes.
Memorials may be made to Abner Creek Baptist Church General Fund, 2461 Abner Creek Road, Greer, South Carolina 29651.

Uncle Kent lived a long life, and I know Wendell really helped him in his last years.
