Tyler Cook Obituary

Tyler J. Cook Tyler James Cook, 35, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, N.C. He was born July 7, 1990, in Sharon, Pennsylvania to Paul Cook of New Braunfels, Texas and Rhonda Searcy Davis of Simpsonville. He was a graduate of Blue Ridge High School. Surviving are two sons, Ayden Cook and Riley Cook; two sisters, Danielle Squibbs of Woodruff and Heather Brewer of Campobello; aunts, Dian Plumb, Lisa Campbell and April Biggart; uncle; Dennis Wayne Searcy; cousins, Cassie Searcy, Georgia Campbell, Ryan Campbell and Rock Campbell. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Wayne and Gloria Faye Searcy; paternal grandparents, David McNeil Cook III and Joyce Ellen McManus; an aunt, Naomi Ellison; cousin, Riley Campbell. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Gunne Davis. Visitation will immediately follow the service.
