Polly Gregory Obituary

Polly Young Gregory, 80, wife of the late Fred Allen "Speedy" Gregory, passed away July 8, 2025. A native of Greer, daughter of the late Walter Guy and Flonnie Young, she was a private sitter and a member of Praise Cathedral. Surviving are a son, Kevin Gregory (Leigh) of Greer; three grandchildren, Braxton Dillard (Alexus), Lynsey Gregory (Darien), and Morgan Gregory; and a great-grandchild, Hollis Dillard. She was predeceased by a daughter, Amanda Dillard. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 14, 2025, at Hillcrest Memory Gardens conducted by Pastor Jerry Madden. Honorary escorts will be Eric Dillard, Don Wilson, Tommy Hughes, and Les Fiske. Visitation will be held after the service at the cemetery. The family is at the home of her son, Kevin Gregory. Memorials may be made to Widows Ministry c/o Praise Cathedral, P.O. Box 287, Greer, South Carolina 29652 or Travis Perry Memorial Scholarship Fund, Attn. Pierce Williams, P.O.
