Pauline Michaud Obituary

It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Pauline Maria Michaud (Tingley), who went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 14, 2025, at the age of 79.
Born on October 20, 1945, in Beverly, MA, Pauline was the beloved daughter of H. Calvin Tingley and Mary T. Tingley (Petronzio), of Amesbury, MA. She was a 1963 graduate of Amesbury High School and a 1966 graduate of Beverly Hospital School of Nursing.
From an early age, she was known for her quiet strength, gentle spirit, and steadfast faith-qualities that would define her life.
A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, Pauline lived a life of deep faith, humility, and compassion. Alongside her husband, G. Bruce Michaud, she faithfully ministered at Baker River Bible Church in Wentworth, NH, where Bruce served as pastor for 36 years. Pauline was his faithful partner in life and ministry-teaching, mentoring, encouraging, and serving with a heart full of grace. Together, they shepherded generations of believers and built a legacy of faith that continues to bear fruit.
After retiring from ministry, Pauline and Bruce moved to Greenville, SC, where they became cherished members of Faith Baptist Church in Taylors. Even in retirement, Pauline continued to live out her calling as a servant of Christ, offering care and encouragement to all around her.
Professionally, Pauline worked as a dedicated nurse for 44 years, providing compassionate care to patients and families facing some of life's most difficult battles. Her presence was calming, her heart always kind, and her commitment to excellence unwavering. She brought strength and peace to those in her care, reflecting the love of Christ in every act of service.
Pauline was the devoted wife of G. Bruce Michaud, with whom she shared 59 wonderful years of marriage built on love, faith, and partnership.
She was a loving mother to: Daniel Michaud (Jennifer) of Greenville, SC; Christine Fenn (Kenneth) of Ashland, NH; and William Michaud (Karen) serving in Papua New Guinea.
She was also a proud and beloved grandmother to: Jordan Michaud (Christine), Madison Michaud, Camden Michaud, Andrew Fenn (Haley), Julie Fenn, Lucy Rumpf (Nathan), Oliver Michaud, and Stuart Michaud (Ashlyn).
Pauline was also a great-grandmother to five great-grandsons, each of whom she cherished and prayed for daily.
In addition, she is survived by her sisters, Christine Jones, Judy Davis, Maria Hennessy, and her brother Peter Tingley, many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents H. Calvin Tingley, Mary Tingley (Petronzio) and brothers David and Calvin Tingley.
Pauline's life was a reflection of God's love-marked by grace, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to her faith and family. Her legacy will live on through the lives she touched, the family she nurtured, and the countless hearts she encouraged.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Faith Baptist Church in Taylors, SC. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the service.
"Well done, good and faithful servant." - Matthew 25:23
