Patricia Jeffers Obituary

Patricia Jeffers Campobello, SC Patricia Marie Jeffers, 89, passed away on October 20, 2025. Born in Duncan, she was the daughter of the late Reid and Lela Peace Fleming. She was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church. Patricia was retired from Piedmont Living Center as a certified nursing assistant for twenty-eight years. Patricia loved her family dearly. Survivors include her son, Mark Jeffers (Kim); two daughters, Teresa Graydon (the late Doug) and Dana Milford (Matt); seven grandchildren, Jessica Van Patton, Ashton Graydon, Brooke Graydon, Carlyle Milford, Peyton Jeffers, Austin Hall and Ashley Woods; two great-grandchildren, Jayce Adam and Jonathan Williams; a brother, Larry Fleming; a sister, Donna Finley and husband, Larry; a special niece, Karen Fowler; and a special nephew, Derrick Fleming. She was predeceased by a son, Jay Jeffers; four siblings, Ola Fleming, Janie Fleming, B.R. Fleming and Ed Fleming. Funeral services will be held at 2PM on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Reggie Parker officiating. The family will receive friends from 1PM until 2PM prior to the service. Interment will be held at Holly Springs Baptist Church cemetery.
