Naomi Yeargin Obituary

Deaconess Naomi B. Yeargin, of Simpsonville, SC, was called to her heavenly home on Saturday, August 9, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Bolden and Priscilla Whittenburg Bolden. The fourth and last surviving of five children, she carried forward the Bolden legacy with dignity and love. Deaconess Naomi is survived by six loving children: her daughters, Johnnie M. Yeargin of Simpsonville and Beverly Y. (Ron) Booth; four sons, Horace Yeargin, Jr. Reveral Yeargin, Carlos Yeargin of Maryland and Clarence (Gwen) Yeargin of Virginia. twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four great, great-grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Funeral services will held 2 p .m., Sunday, at the Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Vadry A. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home of her daughter, Ms. Johnnie M. Yeargin at 414 Barn Swallow Drive, Simpsonville, SC 2960. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
