Myrabelle Doré Obituary
In Loving Memory of Myrabelle Josephine Doré, age 3
With broken hearts, we share that our beloved Myrabelle Doré died on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 2:52 p.m., the day after a tragic accident at home in Greenville, SC. She was three - small and mighty - and she filled our world with brightness.
A bright, brave little life
Born December 15, 2021, in Hong Kong, Myrabelle arrived like morning - curious, quick, and joyful. She loved to run laps at the playground with Daddy timing her; to shout, "I goaled! I goaled!" when the ball found the net; and to turn ordinary moments into celebrations.
Her voice was music at home: the "Wanta!" (Santa) of a child dreaming ahead, the perfect joke of "rice cake" when asked about a birthday cake, and the proud answer "Rainbow" whenever anyone asked her favorite color. In these last months, her personality bloomed; even her teachers said she was "out of her shell" - all sparkle, opinions, and laughter. Most of all, she adored and was adored by her big brother, Garlen "Garlie", whose first meeting with her -grinning and gentle - set the tone for a fierce, tender sibling bond.
Those who love her
Myrabelle is cherished by her parents, Jane and Dave Doré, and her brother Garlen; by family across the United States and Asia; and by friends near and far who have surrounded our family with prayer and love. We are deeply grateful to the first responders and medical teams who cared for her with skill and compassion.
