Martha Greene Obituary

Martha "Mot" Ann Howell Underwood Greene, 93, wife of the late Fred A. Greene and John D. Underwood, Jr. passed away October 31, 2025. A native of Greer, South Carolina, daughter of the late Rev. Furman Toy and Agnes Bruce Howell, she was a retired employee of PAT Chemical and a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Tanya Underwood Foushee and Ronald "Ron" Foushee. Mrs. Greene was predeceased by a brother, Furman Bruce Howell. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Hillcrest Memory Gardens conducted by Rev. Justin Jones. The family will receive friends after the service at the gravesite. The family will be at their respective homes.
