Luc Esambe Lobwede Obituary
Born in Cameroon, he was the eldest son of Consola Lombe Esambe Lobwede and Fidelis Alobwede Esambe. He resided in Charlotte, North Carolina where he was a self-employed entrepreneur.
Luc will be remembered for his kind heart, humor, intelligence, stylish and handsome appearance, love of basketball, designer shoes, and love of family.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind his son, Nasir Johnson; four siblings, Michael Esambe Lobwede, Ann Esambe Lobwede, Elizabeth Esambe Lobwede, Charlotte Esambe Lobwede, and a host of extended relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 20, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Downtown, 639 N. Main St., Greenville, SC 29601, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in Greenville Memorial Gardens, Piedmont, SC.
