Lonnie Jones Obituary
Lonnie was a graduate of Sims High School in Union, SC. Lonnie was known to many as "J Bubba". After many dedicated years of service, he retired as the owner of VanBrunt Autobody in Inglewood, NJ.
In addition to his parents, Lonnie was preceded in death by two siblings who passed away in early births, a brother, Johnny Jones and sister, Hattie Bell Jones; followed later by his brother, David Jones; and two sisters, Mattie Rice and Elouise Rice.
Left to cherish precious memories are his son, Christopher Jones; daughters, Loretta Copeland and Laura Jones; one grandson reared in the home, Damon Letroy Jones; three additional grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; one great-great- grandchild; three brothers, James A. (Iradell) Jones, Fred D. (Ann) Jones, and Thomas E. (Lucille) Jones; one sister, Annie R. Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
