Lillie Leona Robison Hill, 86, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026. Born in Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Toy and Marie Dobson Robison and the wife of the late Rev. Raymond Fredrick Hill. She was retired from Spartanburg Regional Hospital with over thirty years as an LPN and later worked at BJ Workman Hospital. Leona was a member of First Baptist Spartanburg.

Survivors include two daughters, Tina H. Craig and her husband, Michael and Vicky H. Sudduth and her husband, Tim; a son, Larry Hill and his wife, Connie; a brother, Benny Robison and his wife, Sandra; a sister, Peggy Arms; seven grandchildren, Kayla Sudduth, Michele Sontag and husband, Kevin, Eric Craig and wife, Tanya, Alison Rollins, Jessica Hill, Jennifer Hill and David Hill; and twelve great-grandchildren, Garrett Sontag, Riley Craig, Ella Craig, Isiah Hill, Gage Hill, Chaz Austin, Ashton Austin, Caitlyn Rollins, Tyler Rollins, Chase Rollins, James Rollins and Natalie Pack; and a great-great grandchild, Raelynn Hill. She was predeceased by a son, Darryl K. Hill; six brothers, Jimmy Robison, Clyde Robison, Willie Robison, Dewis Robison, Alvin Robison and John Robison; and five sisters, Alma Robison, Nana Lou Perry, Thelma Waddell, Gladys Finch and Nellie Bridwell.

The family will receive friends from 1PM until 2PM on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at Stribling Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2PM in Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricci Allen, Sr. officiating.

Interment will be held at Westwood Memorial Gardens at 12PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
