Levi Hughes Obituary

Levi Hughes MOORE- Joe Everette "Levi" Hughes,39, of 103 Woodruff Lane passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025. He was born May 26, 1986, in Spartanburg County. Levi attended New Spring Church and was an employee with George Pruitt Plumbing in Spartanburg. Levi had a love for life and enjoyed go-cart racing and drag racing. He was raised in the home of his late grandparents, John and Myrtle Hughes, known as Pa and Mema as he was the apple of their eye. Surviving is his father and stepmother, Ricky Lancaster and Libby Senn Lancaster of Enoree; one daughter, Savana Hughes and her mother Sara Owings (Jake) of Boiling Springs; three stepsisters, Wendy Hooper of Titusville, Florida, Denise Wiley of Pauline and Donna Godfrey of Enoree. He was predeceased by his mother, Debbie Frazier Morton. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 17, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Caleb Wiley and Rev. Mary Nichols. Interment will follow at Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery, 3200 Highway 92, Enoree. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. prior to the service. Serving as pallbearers, Brad McElrath, Gregg Pruitt, Dustin DeShields, Corey Moore, Larry Blackwell and Chad Still. The family is at their respective homes. Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary
