Joseph Mobley Obituary

Joseph Allen Mobley, 78, of Ninety-Six, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025.
Born in Jesup, Georgia, he was the son of the late Willis and Blanche Harrison Mobley.
Joseph proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and later enjoyed a long and successful career in management with UPS before retiring.
He was a dedicated member of Greenwood Moose Lodge 834 and South Greenville Lodge 749. He was a loyal Atlanta Braves fan. Joseph found great joy in the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
Above all, he was a devoted father and grandfather, a man of strong character, unwavering work ethic, and deep-rooted family values. He will be missed beyond measure and remembered always for the remarkable man he was.
He is survived by daughter, Nikki Miller (Allan); son, Allen Mobley; daughter in law, Sharon Mobley; grandchildren, Colby Miller, Hannah Miller, Kynleigh Knight (Walker), Kallen Mobley, and Ethan Miller; a great-grand child due this fall; and brothers, Ronald Mobley, Larry Mobley, and Cletus Mobley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Clyde, Clifton, and Sam Mobley.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 01, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest, with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Northwest Chapel. Burial will be held in M.J."Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
