Holly Roeder Obituary

Holly Elizabeth Roeder, 49, lost her valiant battle with cancer on July 19, 2025, and entered into the presence of the Lord. A native of Akron, Ohio, daughter of Thomas "Tom" Charles Waechter and Linda Bethea Tuckley, she was a 1994 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School and a 1999 graduate of Cedarville University. She served as a Research Assistant at the medical labs of The University Cincinnati and The University of Louisville but had been a stay-at-home mom for the past 13 years. She loved Jesus and was a faithful member of Hampton Park Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Mark Andrew Roeder; a daughter, Anna Roeder; and a son Andrew Roeder, all of the home. Holly was predeceased by her sister, Jennifer G. Waechter. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Hampton Park Baptist Church, conducted by Dr. Drew Conley. A private burial will be held for the family. Visitation will be held 9:30-10:45 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Hampton Park Baptist Church. The family is at their respective homes.
