Freddie Copeland Obituary
A native of Greenville County, South Carolina, son of the late Gaines William and Clara Belle Wynn Copeland, he was a veteran of the South Carolina National Guard, the owner and operator of Vaughn's Upholstery and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Surviving are one son, Robbie Copeland (Lori) of Greer, South Carolina; one daughter, Lisa Copeland Shultz (Tony) of Taylors; one brother, Johnny Copeland of Greer; four grandchildren, Kati Copeland (Robert McCall), Amanda Carroll, McKenzie Glinyany (Ivan) and Maegan Lamm (Ryan); and six great-grandchildren, Peyton, Karsyn, Autumn, Maddie, Lev and Maks.
He was predeceased by one brother, Joe Copeland and two sisters, Juanita Jones and Alice Duncan.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2025, at Fairview Baptist Church, conducted by Dr. Bob Atwell. Burial will follow in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Robert McCall, Ivan Glinyany, Ryan Lamm, Chris Horan, Dennis McGee and Brian Graham.
Memorials may be made to Fairview Baptist Church Foundation for the Future, 1300 Locust Hill Road, Greer, SC 29651.
