Dennis Shaw Obituary

Dennis James Shaw, 69, of Easley, died on his birthday, Monday July 14, 2025. Born in Cheraw, SC, he was the son of the late Robert Shaw and Betty Sanders Shaw. Dennis was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. He loved to ride motorcycles, bake brownies for his loved ones, and loved to play pool. He also enjoyed driving his corvette and truck. In addition to his mother, Betty, he is survived by his sisters, Rita Ann Shaw-Jackson (Douglas) and Robin Shaw-Peclet (Joseph); his beloved nieces and nephews; and beloved little buddy, Taco. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Shaw. A visitation will be held Monday, July 28, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast followed by the memorial service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice. Friends are encouraged to share their favorite memories of Dennis with the family by clicking on the button labeled "Share A Memory".
