Connie Brady Obituary

Connie L. Brady, 72, of Simpsonville, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Born in El Paso, TX, she was the daughter of the late Jack Vernon & Mary Ellen Adkins Gibson. Mrs. Brady was a long-time member of New Life Community Church Fountain Inn. She is survived by her sons, Christian McColley (Faye), and JT Brady (Jasmine); seven grandchildren, Brandon McColley (Laura), Ashley Toro (Cisco), Carrie McColley (Will White), Elizabeth Padgett (Barron), Ivy Raine, Avery McKenna, and Harper Jolynn; one great-granddaughter, Lily Padgett; one brother, Ken Gibson (Janice); her nieces & nephews, Allison Fowler (Brandon), and Michael Gibson; and her lifelong, dear friends, Millie Kaat and Sandy Baden. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 10, 2025 starting at 4:00 pm at Cannon Byrd Funeral Home – Fountain Inn, 1150 N. Main St., Fountain Inn. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 5:00 pm with Pastor Brandon Gilreath officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to: New Life Community Church, 304 S. Main Street, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Additional information is forthcoming.
