Brandon Rhodes Obituary

Brandon Lee Rhodes, 44, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.

Brandon was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Pamela Grant Rhodes; his maternal grandparents, Cecil and Betty Grant; and his paternal grandparents, Clyde and Sara Rhodes.

He is survived by his father, Earl Rhodes with wife Celia; his brother,

Grant Rhodes with wife Trish; his cherished nephews, Holden Rhodes, Wyatt Rhodes, and Dalton Chandler; his nieces, Brennan Natterstad with husband Andy, and Rylinn Rhodes; his step-sister, Catie York; and his dear friend Lisa Caudill. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends who he considered family.

Brandon was a 1999 graduate of Hillcrest High School. He was Class of 2005 alumnus of Clemson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies. He was employed with BringFido, where he served as a Hotel Relations Manager. Brandon deeply loved the BringFido family, and that love was warmly returned. He was a big fan of Clemson Tiger sports; consequently, he and Earl spent countless hours watching them together.

Brandon was an avid runner. Beyond his professional career, he enjoyed participating in film and television as a movie extra. He appeared in the ABC musical film remake of Dirty Dancing, The Eyes of Tammy Faye, and the upcoming Season 2 of the Netflix hit The Hunting Wives. He valued creativity, camaraderie, and unique experiences that came with being part of these productions.

Brandon will be remembered for his beautiful smile, warm spirit, quick wit, and the genuine love he had for his family and friends. He leaves behind many who will miss him deeply and forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

A celebration of Brandon's life will begin at 1:30 PM Sunday in the sanctuary of Maulin Church of God. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Memorials in Brandon's honor may be made to Meals-on-Wheels, 31 Chalmers Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
