Bobby Lindley Obituary
Mr. Lindley was born in Williamston, SC to the late Bobby W. Lindley, Sr. and Nancy Peden Lindley. He was a dedicated fireman for the Dunklin Fire Department for over 40 years, serving ten of those years as chief. He was a former employee at Kemet Electronics, and a jack of all trades. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Bobby Jason Lindley; a daughter, Shanon Wilkerson (Curtis); a sister, Lisa Thompson; a sister-in-law, Susan Lindley; and five grandchildren, John "JC" Shirley, James Austin Shirley (Crystal), Justin Shirley, Gaven Lindley, and Riley Wilkerson; and five great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Kim Lindley; and a brother-in-law, Mike Thompson.
Funeral services will be held 3 o'clock Wednesday at Fletcher Funeral Service, officiated by Pastor James Slice. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Burial will be in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
