Betty Gladden Obituary

Betty Gladden Campobello, SC Betty Waddell Gladden, 77, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025. Born in Lancaster, SC, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Eula Wright Waddell and husband James E Gladden. She was a homemaker and an avid Clemson Tigers Fan. Survivors also include a son, James Gladden; a daughter, Brandi Millwood and her husband, Rick; a sister, Deanne Gilbert; two grandchildren, Jessie Parker and Samantha Parker; and a number of nieces and nephews, including Wayne Waddell. She was predeceased by a brother, Billy Ray Waddell; and three sisters, Agnes Hopkins, Vickie Webb and Lisa Lyles. Graveside services will be held at 2:30PM on Tuesday, November 04, 2025 at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704 Hagerstown, MD 21741.
