Barbara Dickert, born on April 26, 1943, in Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, in Piedmont, South Carolina, at the age of 82. Barbara was a respected research analyst, esteemed for her intellect and analytical skills. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she was known for her unwavering faith, a beacon of hope and strength to all who knew her. Her faith was complemented by the compassion and care she received from Pastor Daniel Lee and her church family at Bethel Baptist Church, who faithfully attended to her needs over the past years, exemplifying the love of Christ in action. Barbara is survived by her beloved sister, Doris Jenkins, and her nieces. A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025, at Bethel Baptist Church, Greenville, South Carolina with the funeral service beginning 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Barbara's honor to Bethel Baptist Church, 403 Sulphur Springs Rd, Greenville, SC 29617.
