Born on January 27, 1936, in Tenafly, New Jersey, Arthur lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and unwavering faith. Arthur proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Army. He was drafted and performed his duty while in Maryland and his commitment to service reflected his character. His love for others extended beyond the church; he was a gun enthusiast and served as an NRA Safety Instructor. In his younger days, Arthur was an avid runner, which was a pursuit that brought him joy and vitality. Arthur is survived by his cherished wife, Suzanne "Sue" Newton, with whom he shared 64 years of marriage; daughters, Kathy Newton, Cindi Floyd (Fred), Jodi Lloveras (David); sons, Brad Newton (Susan), Tom Newton (Donna), Mark Newton (Katie), and Matt Newton (Jennifer Zakriski); alongside many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will miss him dearly.
