Stella Thompson Obituary

Stella Christine Haun Thompson, 62, wife of Stanley Earl Thompson, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at her residence.

A funeral service, officiated by Rev. Mark Wilson, will be held in the chapel of Graham Funeral Home on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 6pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 5pm-6pm.

Born on February 23, 1955 in Georgetown, she was a daughter of the late James Grover Haun and the late Ruby Francis Moore Haun.

Mrs. Thompson was a devout Christian who read her bible faithfully and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be dearly missed.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Crystal Thompson and Felicia Thompson; two sons, Michael Thompson and Benjamin Thompson; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother, James Wilson Haun; and one sister, Margaret Haun Cribb.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by an infant sister.
