It is now April 2025 and it is still hard to believe you are not here with me physically. It has been difficult but as you always told me, " Trina, you know the Lord and how to pray" these words are the only thing that have kept me going. You are missed so much. Physically gone but not forgotten.

Time seems to stand still. There are times when I still fell the sadness and pain of her passing. I am so grateful that I have her words of strength, love and support to carry with me each and everyday. I still reach for the phone to ask her what should I do about things, then it hits me and I remember her saying, " Trina pray, God will tell you what to do. She was and is right, She will always be here when I need her. Love and miss you so much.

Two years later seems like just a moment ago in time that I watched the Facebook video of her beautiful representative (Katrina) play her flute which brought tears to my eyes.

I pray the family today is well and at peace..

But most of all living their life in fond memory of their mother.

Robert, I'm sorry for your pain, but Jesus said "blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted". I embraced the way you said goodbye to your Mother. Mother will be missed. She has shared so much wisdom as a woman of God, as my former Pastor and as my friend. Mother loved God and she lived her life each day to please Him, so one day she could hear Him say "well done thy good and faithful servant". We love you Mother and Sunday school will never be the same again. Rest on and enjoy the presence of the Lord. I'll see you when I get there. Welcome home!

Mother Mary E Nesbit was a giant in so many ways- her intellectual capacity, her preaching skill, administrative wherewithal, and her spiritual anointing. To hear her preach was a lesson in oratory and homiletical genius. Mother, you went too soon , but God is sovereign. We must bow in submission to His will. Be encouraged family and whole fast to your memories. Your Mother was second to none.
Love and prayers,

I would like to express my deepest condolences as well as those of my grandmother Jessie Mae Moon over the passing of Mother Nesbit. We were church members during Rev. Nesbit's tenure at True Light F.B.H. Church in Easley, SC. I was her assistant during my teenage years. She was one of the warmest and kind person that I have had the pleasure of knowing. She kept it real. She was one of my favorite pastors. I saw her last year at a funeral held for her good friend at True Light. She was still as lovely and beautiful as ever. I know that there would have been a multitude of people at her services if it were not for this pandemic. She will be missed. We are praying for God's comfort and peace for this family. May she rest in eternal peace for I know she is rejoicing with her Savior right now.

What do you say about a person you have never met!

What do you say when all you can do is look at the beauty of a woman from a picture and say, Ive heard good things about you.
How can you express those fond words you would like to say but missed in her life time the ability to cross paths with the originator/the mother passed on through her teaching through her wisdom to a representative of her..

We say that when you know the Father you know the Son!

I have never met in person Mother Mary Elizabeth Wineglass Nesbit but I have met a representative of her someone she has taught, someone that she has instilled who she was while she lived, a daughter named Katrina who is a mirror image and beauty of her mother.

So I will say with pure confidence Mother Mary what an awesome woman you were.
The God we serve has you now.
Those who had the opportunity to meet you in your life are blessed to have known you, I have missed that opportunity.

May you rest in peace in God hands thank you for blessing this world with the life you lived and the teaching you continue to bless us with through your children and the only child I know you named Katrina through her you have blessed me..

Rest in Peace
