Laura Goude Obituary

Laura Ann Goude, 46, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, departed this life, Wednesday, July 27, 2022.

Ms. Goude was born the daughter of the late Larry Larue Goude and Virginia "Ginger" Faile Goude on October 8, 1975 in Gerogetown. She was the oldest of three children, David and Crystal. She was a 1995 graduate of Georgetown High School and attended Georgetown Technical College. She was a former employee with Rightway Commercial Cleaning Service and was a former Dental Assistant and Receptionist. She also completed training as a massage therapist and cosmetologist. Her greatest pride, enjoyment, and love was her family, especially her daughters, Taylor and Bella.

She is survived by: her mother, Ginger; two daughters, Taylor Morris and Taytum "Bella" Goude; a sister, Crystal Dease (Stephen); and a brother, David L. Goude. She also leaves behind her extended family: a special aunt whom she loved like a second mother, Donna Pope (Lonnie); her aunts and uncles, Frankie Faile, Johnny Altman (Deanna), Ervin Goude, Steve Goude (Julie) and Faye Baylor (Johnny); loved like a son she never had, Cayden; her nieces and nephews, Kristen, Austin (Kristen), Larry "LJ", and Nathen; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lena, Jax, Charlie, Carter, Jessie, and Sage; and numerous cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by: her father, Larry Goude; her grandparents, Ruby Freeman, Harold Douglas Altman, Henry D. Faile, and Pearl "MeMaw" Goude.

A Celebration of Life Service will be 3PM, Sunday, July 31, 2022 at The River at Warsaw Pentecostal Holiness Church. Officiating will be Pastor Susie Dease.

The Goude family will greet family and friends immediately after the service.

A Committal Service will be 10AM, Monday, August 1, 2022 at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
