Mr. Lloyd was born on January 26, 1980 in Georgetown, a son of Eva M. Lloyd and Issac Mazyck. He earned the Bachelor of Science Degree from Morris College, Sumter, SC and later worked for IBM Corporation as a computer specialist.
Surviving are a son Gabriel Lloyd, Dillon, SC; one brother, Marcus Mazyck, Greenville, SC; an uncle, Rev. Walter Lloyd, Rochester, NY.
