The Management and Staff of Allen Funeral Home with deep sorrow and cherished remembrance, we announce the passing of Mother Katherine Louise Singleton-Lynard-Austin, 93, of St. Helena Island, SC who peacefully departed this life on Monday, May 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Her grace, wisdom, and warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. Wake Service will be held from 5-7 pm Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Allen Funeral Home Chapel in Beaufort, SC. Funeral Services for Mother Katherine will be held 12 noon Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Bethesda Christian Fellowship on St. Helena Island, SC. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery on St. Helena Island, SC. The Allen Funeral Home family extends heartfelt condolences to the relatives and friends of Mother Katherine Louise Singleton-Lynard-Austin and asks that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this time of bereavement.
