Judy Alford Obituary
Mrs. Alford was born the daughter of John T. Jordan and Katie Pauline Elliott Mobley Jordan on September 25, 1950, in Williamsburg County. She was a 1969 graduate of Williamsburg High School. She was a retired employee with the Williamsburg County School District where she was an Accounts Payable Supervisor. She was a member of the Bloomingvale Baptist Church.
She leaves behind: her husband, Gerald; two children, J. Kevin Baker of Hilton Head Island, and Katie DeAnna Fournier (Oliver) Murry of Charlotte, NC; seven step-children, Michael Fournier of Bowden, GA., Kim Fournier (Richard) Green of Broomfield, CO., Tina Fournier (Steve) Smith of Graham, AL., Shawn T. Alford, Scott T. (Jennifer) Alford, Timothy T. Alford, and Cory T. Alford, all of Burleson, TX.; four grandchildren, Trinity Jordan Owens, Logan Wade Davis, Olivia Faith Murry, and Caleb Murry; three step-grandchildren, Max Alford, Zak Alford, and Samantha Alford. She also leaves behind: a brother, Belton Bowen Mobley of Andrews; two sisters, Jean "Jennie" Theresa Jordan (Richard) Jennings and Lola Ann Jordan Oldham both of Andrews; and her beloved fur baby and loyal companion, Ammo.
She was predeceased by: her parents; two sisters, Mary Lou Mobley Tisdale and Katie Rumell Mobley Taylor; and a brother, Bennie Dossie Mobley, Jr.
A Home Going Celebration will be 2PM, Friday, June 8, 2018 at Bloomingvale Baptist Church, 7652 Thurgood Marshall Hwy., Andrews, SC. Burial directed by McKenzie Funeral Home will follow in the Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6-9PM, Thursday, June 7, 2018 in the sanctuary of Bloomingvale Baptist Church.
McKenzie Funeral Home is honored to serve the Alford Family.
