John Rowe Obituary

John Hayden Rowe, Jr., 76 of Summerville, husband of Margaret Theresa Rowe, entered into eternal life on Monday, July 19, 2021, surrounded by love.

Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 12 o'clock. Entombment to follow at Plantation Memorial Gardens 3345 S. Live Oak Dr. Moncks Corner, SC 29461.

Flowers will be accepted.

John was born on November 22, 1944 in Hemingway, SC son of the late John Hayden Rowe Sr. and Viola Miriam Hanna Rowe.

Survivors including his wife Margaret of 43 years are: two children: John Holland Rowe (Mary) of Andrews, SC and Tammy Marie Fontaine (Greg) of Andrews, SC; eight step-children: Tesa Bible of Seneca, De-De Dickerson (Michael Cox) of Anderson, Richard Reid of Anderson, Joey Reid (Jackie) of Goose Creek, Mike Reid of Anderson, Ashley Reid of Summerville, Lesley Reid of Summerville, and Angie Lindsley (Bernie) of Anderson; daughter-in-law: Mary Reid; twenty one grandchildren: Tonya (Tommy), Kimberly (Tony), "Little John (Leca), Marie, John Henry, Dalene, B.J., Mandy (Pam), Christy (Lee), Cathy, Chelly, D.J. (Felicia), Dodee (Dan), Michael (Sharell), Suzie (Jacob), Emily, Nathaniel, P.J. (Trisha), Chassica, Nikki (Derrick), and Amanda (Josh); fourty three great grandchildren: Taylin, Christian, Thomas, Tealee, Trinity, T.J. Paisley, Scott, Aubree, Austin, Angel, Mikie, Christina, Carol, Derek, Daryl, Elisecya, Deanna, Jay, Peyton, Ricky, Parker, Hayden, Persephone, Sierra, Kailey, Anna, Destiny, Kaleb, Alaynna, Skylah, Tony, Ashley, Faith, Axel, Bentley, Zina, Hayden, Kadence, Elayna, Ryan, Daltin, Karley and Maddy; many loved great great grandchildren; one brother: C. D. Rowe (Lois); he was predeceased by: three stepsons: Johnny Reid, Donny Reid and Willie Reid; one grandson: Christopher Broome; one brother: Freddie Joe Rowe.

John was a wonderful neighbor! My memory of him walking in our neighborhood. Always willing to stop & help when a vehicle needed worked on ! Loved seeing him drive by in his truck or motorcycle! Rest In Peace John! You will be missed! Sending Love prayers & comfort to his family. Julie Miller
