Joe White Obituary

Joe Franklin White, 37, died on December 27, 2016 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held on December 31, 2016 at Wilds Courtyard Chapel conducted by Rev. Samuel Davis, pastor of Dickerson A.M.E. Church.

Mr. White was born on December 21, 1979 a son of the late Mr. Joe White, Jr. and Mrs. Hermenia Rivens White in Georgetown, SC. He attended Saint Cyprian Catholic School and was further educated in the public schools of Georgetown County, graduating from Georgetown High School in June of 1996. At an early age, he was a member of Dickerson A.M.E. Church, and was very active in the Church School and Youth Choir. Like many young adults, his interest in the church changed over time, but God remained in his heart. Throughout his life, he worked in various capacities, and was gainfully employed as a construction worker in Pawleys Island, SC. He was the father of a loving and talented young man, Ty-Ren Kinloch, who will continue to grow under the guidance of his mother, Branea Kinloch.

Surviving are his devoted mother, Hermenia R. White and son Ty-Ren Kinloch of Georgetown, SC; his siblings, Gloria Williams, Joe Lee White, and Billy White, all of Georgetown, SC, Cornelius Rivens, Dennison, TX, and Dennis Rivens, Hagerstown, MD. Funeral services entrusted to Wilds Funeral Home, LLC.
