Jason Frasier Obituary

Jason Lee Frasier died on May 8, 2019 at the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina. Funeral services were held on May 14, 2019 at St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, Sampit.

Mr. Frasier was born on October 22, 1975 to the marital union of Mr. Arthur Frasier, Jr. and Mrs. Thelma Grant Frasier. His parents preceded him in death. Jason was educated in the Georgetown County Public School System, and graduated from Andrews High School, Andrews, SC, with the Class of 1994. After high school, he matriculated to South Carolina State University, Orangeburg, SC. However, due to illness, he returned home and began employment with Frasier Masonry Company, and later Frasier Trucking Company (his father's entrepreneur business ventures). After his father's demise, he gained employment at Home Depot and Wal-Mart Department Stores. At an early age, Jason joined Cumberland African Methodist Episcopal Church, where he was a dedicated member. He was very active in his community, with the Sampit Baseball Parks and Recreation League. Jason was also a Patient Advocate and Spokesperson with Tidelands Health Hospital Volunteer Services. He enlightened many children and young adults with the challenges that he faced on a daily basis.

Surviving are his brothers, Arthur Frasier III (Colisha), of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Tyrone Frasier of Georgetown, SC; his nephew, Christaan Arthur Frasier of Myrtle Beach, SC; his niece, Lauren Marie Frasier of Myrtle Beach, SC. Funeral services entrusted to Wilds Funeral Home, LLC.
