We'd always play Ghost tag outside after lunch. He was the greatest friend I could ever have.

I'm just hearing of Ellis passing....I'm in total shock. He was a phenomenal student in my biology class. His presence will be greatly missed around GHS.

Ellis walked by my class most days last year with a bright smile and a "Good morning, Mrs. Duke!" Watching him run X-Country was a joy; he was an amazing athlete. Please know our prayers and love are with you all.

I am saddened to hear of the loss of Ellis. He had a smile that could light up a room. I taught Ellis in 8th grade Honors English. He had a big personality and heart and was loved by all. My deepest condolences go out to his family and friends at this difficult time.

I remember Kaity and Ellis being two peas in a pod in the early years of elementary school, he was always a sweet, caring individual! Therefore encourage one another with these words. Ellis work was finished he went to that placed prepared as Jesus has promised.

Our tennis family has definitely lost a one of a kind young man and player. He was always good for bringing humor to our team and a very well-mannered and polite guy. Many other teams and coaches loved his crazy socks, and our team always enjoyed his jokes. The team will not be the same without him. He was lucky to have such amazing and caring parents, and we hope you know that your tennis family is here for you always. Our thoughts and prayers are with you!
