Charlie Bryant Obituary

Charlie Leroy Bryant died June 21, 2019 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital in Georgetown, South Carolina. Funeral services were held on June 28, 2019 at Wilds Courtyard Chapel conducted by Reverend Joe Canteen.

Mr. Bryant also lovingly known as "Charlie Brown", was born on December 21, 1940 in Georgetown, SC, to Ms. Viola Spain. He attended Georgetown County Public Schools, where he received most of his early education. Mr. Bryant was gainfully employed and worked most of his adult life at The Georgetown Steel Corporation, Carter's Tile, and Georgetown Independent Seafood Company. He attended Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church faithfully every Sunday morning, where he received encouragement and strength in the early morning worship service.

Surviving are his siblings, Robert Jenkins (Barbara), and Aaron Orlando Jenkins (Michelle), all of Georgetown, SC, Ann Prince, Elsie Jenkins Rivers, and David Parker (Mary), all of New York, NY, and Dolores Ellis Maclean of Florida; a very special friend, Freada Green, and her daughters, Kenyatta Green and Michelle Green Johnson. Funeral services entrusted to Wilds Funeral Home, LLC.
