My heartfelt condolences to April's family and those of us who were her friends. I had the privilege of meeting and working with April at C.M. Tucker Center. As a licensed social worker/therapist, I enjoyed the many discussions we had about the importance of self-care as health care providers as we supported each other. As a CNA, she took her calling to serve our residents very seriously and often showed compassion and spoke in high regard for her desire to provide the best care she possibly could to our very special residents. Her presence will truly be missed. May she now rest with our Lord and Savior. Much love and favor!
