April Hugie-Pauling Obituary

April Hugie-Pauling died on April 17, 2020 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital, Georgetown, SC. Funeral services were held on April 29, 2020 at Wilds Courtyard Chapel conducted by Rev. Jason L. Coakley, pastor of St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church.

The daughter of Mr. James Harrison, Jr. and Mrs. Lou Ethel Harrison was born on April 13, 1975 in Georgetown, SC. Mrs. Hugie-Pauling graduated from Georgetown High School in 1993, and later furthered her education in college, earning a Certified Nursing Assistant degree (CNA). For several years, she was a dedicated employee with C.M. Tucker Nursing Care Center, and Rice Estate Assisted Living in Columbia, SC. When visiting Georgetown, April most frequently attended St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church and St. Luke Church of God in the North Santee Community. Surviving are her her children, Kushna Cokley of Columbia, SC, and Jacquel Cokley of Georgetown, SC; two grandchildren; her parents, James Harrison and Lou Ethel Harrison of Georgetown, SC; her siblings, James Lejuan Harrison of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Jaque Harrison of Columbia, SC. Services entrusted to Wilds Funeral Home, LLC.
