Kelly L. Poeppelman, 38, of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, passed away Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023.
Kelly was born in San Antonio, Texas, on April 7, 1985, to John and Leigh Poeppelman. They moved to Elkhart, Indiana, in 1988. She graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School in 2003 and from Florida State University in 2008.
She worked as a bar manager in the Santa Rosa Beach area. She loved and lived the best and coolest life she could and made so many great friends who adored her. Kelly loved the beach and never met a stranger.
She leaves behind her parents, John and Leigh Poeppelman of Elkhart, Indiana, and a brother, Bryan Poeppelman and wife Holli Mellick of Mason, Ohio, as well as grandmother Dororthy Poeppelman of Sidney, Ohio, and numerous other extended family members.
She will be truly missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held on Nov. 4 in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
