Pamela Anderson Obituary

Pamela Nadine Anderson, 85, devoted mother and community advocate, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 28, 2026, in her home in Memphis, TN.

Born in Tacoma, Washington and raised in Virginia, Minnesota, Pamela carried a quiet strength and determination of her upbringing into every aspect of her life. She graduated from The University of Minnesota, where she met her husband, David Anderson, sharing 63 years of marriage marked by loyalty, partnership, and steadfast devotion.

Pamela's life was marked by curiosity, courage, and a relentless desire to live fully. An avid tennis player, she played whenever she could and loved attending tournaments. She actively involved herself in the community through the garden and book clubs, the Germantown PTA, and Subsidium, she was the founder of a Private Foundation supporting early childhood education. She cherished reading and learning, and she passed that love of discovery on to her children.

Warm, gracious, and kind, Pamela had a rare gift for connecting with people. She loved playing cards and was known for her spirited approach to life. She was fearless in pursuing her goals for her family, ensuring her children experienced travel, museums, theater, and a life of curiosity and growth that she longed for in her youth.

She is survived by her husband, David Anderson; her three sons, and five grandchildren-Aynabeth, Jackson, Charlie, Mac, and Samantha-who remember her as a generous, loving, and inspiring grandmother.

Pamela, although quiet, impacted the live she touched, the opportunities she created, and the example she set of courage, warmth, and steadfast devotion to family and community.

Visitation for Pamela will be held Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Lord of Life Lutheran Church beginning at 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The funeral service will begin, following visitation at 10:00 AM.
