Patricia Branham Obituary

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Patricia A. Branham passed away on October 30, 2025. She is the daughter of Broxie and Cecile Chaney. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Kenneth Wayne Branham Sr. (Wayne), and son, Kenneth Wayne Branham Jr. (Bubba). She is survived by her daughters, Randie M. Coleman and Tonya S. Dewyea; son, Robert C. Branham (Shawn); two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was born in Cayce, and in the early '60s moved to West Columbia, where she lived in the same home until her death. She was a member of Westside Holiness Church in West Columbia. Pat, as most of her friends called her, was an avid animal lover and, through the years, owned many animals from cats to rabbits, to ducks, and many dogs. Her latest was a long-haired dachshund that she called Lady, who passed in 2024. Her visitation will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., with a service following at 12:00 p.m. The service will be held in the Chapel of Hope at Southland Memorial Gardens, with a graveside service to follow. She will be buried next to her late husband and parents. Pallbearers will include Raymond Hill, William Bailey, Arnold Olsen, Danny Schumpert, Bo Attaway, and her son, Robert Branham. The family would like to thank Lexington Medical Center, The Lowman Home of Ballentine, Lexington Community Hospice House, and especially Oncology Nurse Navigator Libby Daniels, for all the care they provided.
