Michael Boblick, a cherished son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, in San Marcos, Texas, at the age of 40. Born on February 26, 1985, in Biloxi, Mississippi, to proud parents Michael and Cheryl Boblick, Michael's early life was marked by a warm family environment, filled with love and laughter, alongside his sister Stefanie and a close-knit circle of uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Michael was a proud graduate of Hays High School, class of 2003, where he first exhibited his unique blend of intelligence, analytical thought, and faith-filled spirit. He carried these traits with him to the University of Texas, where he studied pre-med for a year, demonstrating his commitment to helping others and his passion for learning.

For over two decades, Michael dedicated himself to serving his community through his work at HEB in Buda, Kyle, and New Braunfels on Highway 46. After departing HEB for the evening, Michael would go straight to San Marcos where he would bartend, and manage three different bars on the Square next to Texas State University. He was not just an employee but a beloved colleague who brought diligence and a friendly smile to everyone he met. Michael's professional life was a testament to his steadfast reliability and the high regard in which he was held by his peers.

A man of deep Christian faith, Michael lived his beliefs through his actions and interactions with others. His commitment to his religion was a guiding light in his life and provided solace to those who knew him during times of need.

Michael's zest for life was evident in his diverse interests. On the basketball court, he was known as the "spark plug" for his energy and enthusiasm that could ignite his team's spirit. An avid fisherman, he cherished moments spent at the family cottage, where he could immerse himself in the tranquility of nature. His love for Jeeps was more than a hobby; it was a reflection of his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors.

Video games on PlayStation and the vibrant scene of country live music were among Michael's favorite pastimes, providing him a well-deserved break from his busy life and an opportunity to engage with friends and family in shared enjoyment.

Michael was preceded in death by his loving Uncle Joseph Boblick in 2016 and his grandparents George and Anne Boblick, and Carl and Eileen Stier, who instilled in him the values of family and faith. He leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will be treasured by his parents, sister, and extended family.

In every aspect of his life, Michael embodied the qualities of an intelligent, faith-filled, and analytical individual. His presence was a beacon of hope and an example of how to live a life with purpose and kindness.
